Eric Lee is an attorney with Judicial Watch’s election integrity division. Eric’s practice focuses on enforcing the election integrity provision of the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA), the federal Election Day statutes, and various other state and federal election laws that promote transparency and integrity in the electoral process.  Eric was co-counsel for clients that obtained NVRA settlements to force localities such as Los Angeles County, California and the five boroughs of New York City to remove ineligible registrants from the voter lists under the NVRA. Eric has also obtained statewide settlements against Maryland, Kentucky, Illinois, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Colorado to compel compliance with federal law. Eric graduated from St. Mary’s College of Maryland and received his law degree from the University of Maryland School of Law.  He is licensed to practice in California, Maryland, the District of Columbia, and in federal courts in Illinois and Colorado.
